    Description:

    This dense evergreen shrub has deep green elliptic leaves, and produces clusters of rich purplish-red, funnel shaped blooms in mid spring; absolutely must have well-drained, highly acidic and organic soil, use plenty of peat moss when planting

    Ornamental Features

    Sunglow Azalea is covered in stunning clusters of hot pink trumpet-shaped flowers with burgundy spots at the ends of the branches in mid spring. It has dark green evergreen foliage. The oval leaves remain dark green throughout the winter.
